I don't know what it is about today but I have nothing to say. I
haven't had anything to say all week:( I have no cute stories about my kids, well at least none that I can think of. I have been potty training Mikayla and yesterday our friend Sierra and Jaden came over and we had a potty party. It was pretty funny, Jaden is 2 months older than Kayla and she decided that she needed to go potty. So she strips down and sits down. By the way our potty is in the living room so that it is a constant reminder. So she is sitting waiting and Jaden comes over and says "push your penis down Kayla" Mikayla looks at him and is really confused. He looks at her and gets really confused and asks " Where is your penis?" I tell him that Mikayla is a girl and she doesn't have one. So then he looks at me and asks if I have one and I tell him I am a girl and I don't have one either and then we had to go over all of the people we know and say if they are a boy or a girl. I think he has the hang of it! Then for the rest of the night they took turns going potty. The good news is neither of them had an accident. It was a good night and then this morning Kayla woke up and said she had to go potty. I can't wait until she is out of diapers. It will be nice to not have to spend $40 every two weeks on diapers for the both of them!
I am so tired this week. I think everything is catching up to me now. I just want a good nights sleep. Seth is still waking up at least once a night. Billy has been really good at getting him and feeding him, but I still hear it and it always seems to be when I am in my deepest sleep. And then it takes me a while to get back to sleep. Waking up at 6:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays is not really my style. I am not a morning person and really neither is Mikayla.
Well for not having a lot to say I guess I did. I know I will have more to tell after this weekend because we are going to the Stock Show tomorrow and Seth is getting baptized on Sunday!
Have a great weekend everyone!!

For not having much to say you had a lot to say. :) Sounds like you are doing much better then us at potty training. Kelsi was doing SO good until she had an accident at a friends and got really embarrassed so now she wants nothing to do with it. Oh well, I pushed it with Tanner so I will just take it easy with Kelsi.
Mikayla is doing well. I thought it would be easy with her because she was so interested at 18 moonths but I was pregnant and had no energy to push it. She did really well this weekend. But hwat do I do in public??? She is afraid of "big pottys"
You can buy the foldable travel seats that go on top of the seats and that helped with Tanner. A couple of friends I have say their kids are afraid of the automatic flushers too and one lady brings post its to cover up the sensor. Aghh the tricks you learn.
good tips, I need to go get a travel seat. I think that will help a lot. Thanks!!
